Read, Run, Ramble

This is a great book for children...very intriguing and mysterious. The book weaves in historical characters and facts making history seem not quite as boring, I would think, in a child's mind (at least it would have worked for me). In addition, several geographical and scientific elements are introduced; again, showing kids that all education doesn't have to be textbook boring! I have only read the first book; I haven't explored the clue packs or the website in order to determine what they provide to the storyline. I enjoyed this book and think it is a series to read...I will be interested to see how the voice or writing style changes as each book has a new author.
